We're currently offering an extended returns period for all orders.
Orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Please allow us 2 -3 weeks to make your new treasure. We need this amount of days as every each jewel is made to order. We aim to dispatch all regular orders within 24 business hours after making them, if there is a delay, we will let you know.
If you need your order sooner than expected, please contact us.
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package.
All shipments worldwide and Next Day Delivery is arranged via Hellenic Post Office.
All international orders are now shipped via DHL Express Shipping , ensuring a more reliable and faster delivery service for Europe and USA. You can upgrade your shipping profile in checkout.
To exchange the gift, please send us the item in original packaging, including the gift receipt. If the value of the new item exceeds the original gift value, you will be required to pay the difference. Should the value of the new item be lower than the original gift value, the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase.

Just like our jewelry, we want you to shine bright and feel that every design is a perfect match for you. But in case it isn't, you can return fine jewelry, jewelry, or wedding bands for a refund to the purchaser’s original method of payment or a gift card within 30 days of delivery. In order to be eligible for a refund, your purchase must come back to us in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by all original documentation (receipt) and without the jewelry to have been worn. Just a heads up: we can't take back a few things. This includes jewelry you've personalized like nameplates, any rings we've modified or resized for you, misused jewelry or jewelry altered by a third-party jeweler. Please note that we do not accept earrings to be returned for hygiene reasons.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of items being received.
Please note, Gift Cards are non-refundable.
All returns must be the following to be eligible for a return: -Unworn
-No signs of wear or damage
-In its original condition and packaging
-Please note we will not email you upon receipt of your return. As soon as we have received and taken care of your return, we will email you to confirm that your refund has been issued.
If you have not used box or bubble wrapped envelope so as the jewelry to be shipped back to us safely in its original packaging, your package will be returned back. In case it is shown that the package may not have been returned back to us in safe condition , we do not accept the package. Open, harmed packages with other description other than our jewelry are not acceptable. Fees are upon customer and will be redeemed from their refund.
Returns take up to 10 business days to process once delivered safely to our office in their original packaging without being worn. Once refunded, the funds can take up to 7 business days to post to your account depending your bank and country.

Taxes are applied at check-out, according to the state/province of the shipping address.
Canada
Taxes are applied at check-out according to the province of the shipping address.
European Union and United Kingdom
All prices for the countries of the European Union and the United Kingdom are inclusive of the applicable statutory value added tax (VAT) rate and duties, there are no additional charges upon delivery.
Other international shipments
Duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout and there are no additional charges upon delivery.

We're unable to accept returns on engraved, monogrammed or other personalised items, as we’ve customised these pieces especially for you.
