While we do offer custom design services, we are able to customize the length of our necklaces or bracelets offered on our site.

However, if you would prefer a slightly longer necklace or bracelet that you use in other jewelry you have, as well, we recommend purchasing a chain extender that you can find in our shop.

Tangled chains can happen, but the best way to prevent this is to store your necklaces and bracelets seperately in small zip bags when not wearing them. If you do have a tangled chain, we suggest to put the head of a pin gently in the knot until it loosens up! Once it looses, you can carefully undo the knots and then clean the chain with warm water and a gentle dish soap.
